0100 Campus: Event Manager

Your main role will be organizing various types of events on agreed topics with main focus – to extend network and recognition of 0100 Campus, provide new knowledge and information flow to 0100 Campus members and strengthen our community. You should also possess strong negotiation, scheduling and communication skills.





  • preparation of topics and communication with speakers and partners
  • preparation of FB event, Eventbrite and Meetup campaigns
  • online marketing and social media communication of the event
  • setting up the budget and creating financial report for each event
  • on-the-spot organization of the event/logistics/catering
  • research of the new event opportunities (hot topics+ interesting speakers)



  • good command of English and previous experience with event management (desired)
  • you work independently and keep yourself busy
  • you have great organizational skills and can work under high pressure situations
  • you enjoy working with people and are comfortable speaking in front of the audience
  • you are a good negotiator and are comfortable dealing with high level executives and speakers
  • you have basic skills of content creation and management of social media channels
  • you are team player and are always open to new ideas
