Your competencies…

– Thorough understanding of the political and economic environment, especially in EU/CEE
– Leadership experience in campaigning, with international teams and organisations
– Profound experience and valuable relations to media, politics and other decision-makers
– Willingness to travel
– NGO/NPO background
– Understanding matrix management, operation of virtual teams as well as being a team-player
– Negotiable English (written and spoken) is a prerequisite

Your tasks and responsibilities…

– Work with the Programme Director CEE in developing strategies, planning and leading campaigns
– Lead a team of regional experts and project leaders
– Manage international projects; represent GP CEE in internal global bodies and towards relevant stakeholders
– Build and manage a network in politics, authorities, and media in the region and beyond
– Collaborate with international/regional Greenpeace offices/colleagues and other NGOs/NPOs
– Plan and monitor budgets
