Education Background:
  • Master degree or higher education preferred (University degree mandatory)
  • High proficiency in English mandatory, French preferred
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Expected Work Experience:
  • Sustainability knowledge (TfS knowledge is a plus)
  • Professional experience in on or more of the relevant fields: about 2 years
  • Relevant fields: Sustainability, CSR, Chemical Industry, Procurement, Supply Chain, Supplier Audits and Assessments, Management Consulting
  • Experience in project management

Core Tasks:
  • Contribute to Workstreams (main topics: TfS Assessments and TfS Audits)
  • Responsible for "antitrust-sensitive" analysis (e.g. cross company figures, comparison of contract clauses, other queries)
  • Support General Manager in cooperation with other relevant organizations and external communication
  • Responsible for the coordination of responses to basic inquiries (suppliers and other stakeholder)
  • Maintain FAQ list and administrate TfS Workspace
  • Support of General Manager regarding creation of presentations, meetings and workshop preparation, moderation, minutes
  • Support onboarding of new members
  • Steering towards agreed KPIs (internal reporting)
  • Support external reporting of TfS
  • Support development of TfS Supplier Academy
  • Responsible for the coordination of regular updates of TfS website with service provider
  • Responsible for the monitoring of market needs and trends on the topic of sustainability
Organisational Set-up of the Position:
  • Junior Manager (JM) position is lead by the TfS General Manager (GM)
  • JM supports the GM heading the TfS Office
  • JM is independent from TfS Members (non-disclosure obligation)
