Job description

  • Coordinate and/or administer various aspects of the organization’s compensation and benefit, recruitment, training, organization development, and employee relations programs
  • Contact to internal customer organizations to resolve issues and respond to inquiries in HR fields
  • HR Process Administration (Recruitment & Staffing, Communication, Compensation & Benefits, Trainings)
  • Support HR organization to fill vacancies internally & externally according business targets (Talent Management / Succession Planning)
  • Maintain and optimize organizational and data processing systems in use

Project-related work as needed

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration or related field preferred
  • First experiences in generalistic Human Resources, preferably gained in an international environment
  • Good level of English language in written and spoken and fluent in Slovak in written and spoken
  • Very good MS Office skills as well as experienced with Outlook, Skype for Business and SharePoint
  • Database knowledge desired (PeopleSoft, Workday, SAP)
  • Strong organizational skills as well as very good communication and presentation skills
