Your role

  • You will deliver an outstanding experience across multiple support platforms (email, chat, phone) for our customers from all over the world
  • You will have a chance to meet our customers at their events across various regions
  • Provide speedy, high-quality and personable support
  • Being a Slido brand evangelist and a champion for our users
  • Educate new users on how to get the most out of using Slido
  • Drive continuous process improvement in an environment where people learn from one another to deliver a world-class experience

Your profile

  • You are driven by helping others and being on the front-lines of a fast growing company
  • Your English is fluent (bonus points for other languages)
  • Empathy and passion are your strengths for providing a delightful experience that exceeds our users’ expectations
  • Obsession with listening & looking for solutions
  • Resistant to pressure, able to stay cool and calm in every situation
  • Always willing to roll up your sleeves and tackle something hands-on
