Your role

  • Deliver an outstanding experience based on our customer needs
  • Build and nurture strong customer relationships with top market leading companies and event organizers in your region
  • Responsible for professional onboarding of a customer and the success of their events using Slido
  • Understand the customer’s needs from the very beginning and attune our service to them
  • Being a Slido brand evangelist and a champion for our users
  • Educate annual users on how to get the most out of using Slido, helping to make it an integral part of their meetings/events
  • Drive continuous process improvement in an environment where people learn from one another to deliver a world-class experience

Your profile

  • You are driven by helping others and being on the front-lines of a fast growing company
  • Your English is fluent (bonus points for other languages)
  • Empathy and passion are your strengths for providing a delightful experience that exceeds our users’ expectations
  • Passion for listening & presenting new solutions
  • You have superior organizational skills, integrity, and great follow-through on tasks
  • Always willing to roll up your sleeves and tackle something hands-on
